Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
• Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
• Prepare detailed reports on buying trends, customer requirements, and profits
• Monitor inventory levels and order new items
• Making sure things runs smoothly and effectively in the store
• Responsible for creating business strategies, developing promotional material, and training new staff

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any Stream
• Proven sales experience
• Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
• Effective communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
