It's small scale compony which provides you opportunity to handle various departments,and develop skills.If you share your difficulties to Mamta mam she will help you out suggestions

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Work life valance is very poor. No Job security also expecting are very high with very minimum infrastructure support. Compony culture is very poor but if your focused on your work there is no issue. Work load keep increasing once you show your skills with no Manpower support
