U got chance to correct everything is possible which in your hand, basically ur the incharge of the whole thing which ur assigned for which is great because of that u got know every inch of your space and with time u started disliking this company

The whole operation team is always look after numbers only, they didn't even know what actually is happening on ground, very very poor employees retention, whoever work at chaayos or started their career they can't survive hospitality sector in outer world
