Position: Sr. Executive

We are looking for MBA freshers to join our CRM department and build a rewarding career in client relationship management!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and collaborate with key decision-makers
• Act as a subject matter expert for partners and internal teams
• Address gaps between client requirements and provided services
• Ensure seamless service delivery as per SLAs
• Handle client escalations and provide prompt resolutions
• Communicate updates, announcements, and upcoming events
• Oversee account renewals and customer support escalations

🔹 Requirements:
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✅ Willingness to travel as needed
