Role & responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and C#.
• Conduct comprehensive API testing using tools like Postman and frameworks like Rest Assured.
• Implement BDD-based automation frameworks for streamlined testing.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing for enterprise-level applications. •
• Validate data integrity by writing and executing complex SQL queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with the development team for issue resolution.
• Manage the testing lifecycle using tools such as Azure DevOps, Zephyr, or TestRail, including creating test plans, designing test cases, and managing test execution.
• Provide regular status updates, test results, and defect metrics to stakeholders.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-8 years of experience in QA/Software Testing, specifically in Financial Services, Investment, or Asset Management domains.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Selenium and C# for automation testing.
• Proficiency in API testing using tools such as Postman and frameworks like Rest Assured.
• Experience in BDD-based automation development.
• Advanced SQL skills for database testing and data validation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Zephyr, or TestRail for test lifecycle management. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive, self-motivated mindset.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, Agile development environment
