Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction in the design and implementation of quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Lead a team of QA engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through rigorous testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define comprehensive test plans.
• Analyze test results and provide insights to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in software quality.
• Mentor team members on QA best practices, automation techniques, and tools.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of quality releases..

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications we seek in you!

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in QA, Java, Selenium are highly desirable.
• API Testing using Rest Assured
• Proven experience as a Lead Consultant in Quality Assurance with expertise in Java, Selenium, cross-browser testing.
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.

Preferred qualifications

• Exhibit superior levels of ownership and accountability in coordinating all requests from clients.
• Experienced working in an Agile setup preferably Safe Agile methodology
• Ready to do a hands-on role.
• Strong communication skills
