Qa Lead

Job Title: QA Developer( 3-5 years),QA Lead (5 to 9 Years), QA Manager (10 to 13 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the automation testing strategy, including tool and framework selection, and define what to automate, planning scope and objectives.
• Desing & enhance the automation framework to improve test coverage, efficiency, and maintainability.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various software applications.
• Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyse results, and report defects.
• Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product managers to translate testing requirements into automated test scripts.
• Lead and mentor the automation test team, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automation testing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Cypress/Selenium/Playwright with JavaScript or Selenium with Java.
• Hands-on experience in API testing using Rest Assured, Postman, or Karate, including workflow creation.
• Strong programming, framework concepts, and debugging skills.
• 5-8 years of experience in automation testing, with 1-2 years in a lead role.
• In-depth understanding of software testing methodologies, best practices, and quality assurance principles.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Exposure to the JMeter performance testing tool.
• Preferable experience with OWASP security testing tools and accessibility testing.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
