Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
  
• Identify non-compliances during audits and develop action plans to address them.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and monitor progress.
  
• Develop and maintain documentation for GMP procedures, policies, and training programs.
  
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements to production staff.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in Audit Compliance, Compliance Management, Quality Compliance, Regulatory Compliance.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E.).
  
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and their application in a manufacturing environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
