IT/Staffing SALES Executive(Fresher)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for US IT staffing projects.
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of resumes based on client requirements.
  
• Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet client expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development with a focus on IT/staffing industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any specialization).
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce or similar tools.
