Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  
• Develop strong vendor partnerships by building trust, negotiating contracts, and managing expectations.
  
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, meeting quality standards.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive marketing efforts and networking within the industry.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to staffing needs.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-6 years of experience in Client Coordination, Client Interaction, Vendor Management, Vendor Negotiation, or Vendor Relationship Management (VRM).
  
• Strong understanding of IT staffing industry trends and best practices.
  
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors alike.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
