We are seeking a results-driven and experienced General Manager - Sales to lead and inspire our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on team management, delivering results, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a dynamic sales team, cultivating collaboration and accountability.
- Target Achievement: Define clear sales targets for the team and ensure consistent achievement through effective monitoring and support.
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Market Trends: Analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies to stay ahead and adapt sales tactics.
- Operational Excellence: Manage sales operations, including pipeline forecasting, reporting, and process optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity, ideally in real estate or allied sectors.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
- Resilient, proactive, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
