This role entails setting up and leading a call center team for sales. We are looking for individuals who can train the team, drive sales targets, have strong communication skills, know their way around CRM solutions, are user
centric and can lead teams to perform their 100%. The person needs to have an analytical
bend of mind and a strong desire to grow professionally.
The TL will be in charge of the teams revenue and all aspects related to it - covering team
leadership, user acquisition, user retention, cross functional collaboration and building
growth centric and sustainable business processes. We love people who like going above

Role and Responsibilities
Build a team who can drive sales on calls aggressively; Train the team as they target delivering results day in day out.

Sales Process:
Building a culture of accurate forecasting and driving discipline around daily reporting across all systems like internal reports and the CRM. Some key numbers to track (as an example): Lead handling time, Response time, No of leads, Conversion percentages, etc.
Deep diving into system data and identifying gaps and growth opportunities Evolve a gold standard of processes to ensure each team member is continuously contributing and improving while being on a constant lookout to introduce new processes as well.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offering (virtual office)
Monthly revenue planning and delivery:
Driving growth by consistent delivery of revenue with the right processes
Splitting and aligning targets amongst team members;
Planning delivery by week and tracking daily
Ensuring engagement & retention of existing users and tracking revenue realisation & recording
Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication
Share insights and contribute to the product plan for the product growth.
