BDE For Export

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare and manage all necessary documents required for export activities, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transport agencies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they reach their destination on time.
• Stay updated with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export/import policies.
• Ensure that all export activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Address client inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues related to exports.
• Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and potential markets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support export sales activities.
• Assist in preparing quotations, negotiating prices, and finalizing sales contracts.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products for export.
• Coordinate with the production and warehouse teams to manage stock and fulfill orders.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment collection.
• Work with the finance department to manage export-related financial transactions.
