IT Infra- Intern

• Manage basic tasks on servers, desktops, laptops, and smart devices, using tools like antivirus solutions, firewalls, and other relevant software.
  
• Oversee software installation and upgrade requirements across all servers, desktops, laptops, and smart devices within the organization.
  
• Handle data backup, recovery, and restoration tasks for all IT assets, ensuring data integrity and availability.
  
• Monitor infrastructure assets periodically, including servers, desktops, laptops, and smart devices, to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  
• Manage hardware component upgrades and maintenance for all organizational IT infrastructure.
  
• Maintain and manage the organizationLAN, WAN, and VPN environments, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of hardware and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with operating systems, particularly Windows OS.
• Understanding of network components such as switches, cabling, patching, and maintaining network topologies.
• Experience with setting up and using infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
