Key skills for the job
Major task & Responsibilities: -
1. Responsible to maintain diaries and organize meetings and appointments for Managing
Director.
2. Responsible to make collective MIS reports for all departments.
3. Implementing and maintaining administrative systems,
4. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation, typing, compiling and
preparing reports for Managing Director.
5. Responsible to sort the mail box and update MD about the important mails and schedules.
6. Supervise computer IT staff, stationary distribution to all HOD.
7. Provide administrative and secretarial support
8. Responsible for Confidential Record Keeping.
9. Arranging Conference Call and interdepartmental meeting, taking notes during the meeting
and prepare the MOM.
10. Responsible to do Admin work related to Business cards and other Requisite Stationery
11. Handling Timesheet Management for all Departments and update RM about the work
updating for different departments.
12. Day to day planning and organization of the Managing Directors diary.
13. Maintained daily tasks list – Arrange meetings and schedule appointment with individuals
on a priority basis.
14. Responsible to prepare all reports and maintain files
15. Planned the timetable schedule for business meeting, personal and weekend events.
16. Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
17. Responsible to prepare communication on behalf of RM.
18. Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
