Tech Lead - Apps

JOB PURPOSE

To lead the tech team and App development initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute towards product strategy and vision.
• Define scalable technical architecture
• Manage a team of full stack developers
• Contribute as an individual contributor

Lead and Architect:

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend systems and robust infrastructure to support healthcare applications.
• Collaborate/Lead with mobile devs to ensure backend systems are optimized for seamless integration with mobile platforms.
• Drive architecture decisions aligned with business and technical goals.
• Hands-On Development:
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for backend services, APIs, and infrastructure.
• Ensure the reliability and scalability of cloud-based services and microservices.
• Enhance mobile backend performance to support diverse patient and healthcare provider needs.

Mentorship and Leadership:

• Guide and mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Set the technical direction for projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Encourage best practices in code quality, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaboration:
• Partner with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

B. Tech. CS / Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, software engineering, business management, or similar / MBA

Experience

• More than 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience as a engineering lead or a senior software developer in a B2C organization.

Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of AWS, native and hybrid languages, App and Web development.
