Query Management :

• Query Handling
• Co-ordination with doctors & their secretary to get the opinion
• Get back to the Source (Direct/BD team/Individual Facilitators/embassy) with require/desire details (Doctors Opinion with CV, estimate cost, estimate stay In India, Bank details, etc)
• Tracking of the queries through MIS
• Frame an estimate as per the SOC code and advised line of treatment given by the doctor for different room categories. Get the same vetted by AM/M
• Frame the reply of the query as per standard format
• Frame Performa invoice as and when asked by the source
• Update and communicate about the query status
• Frame the visa invitation letter as per the standard format of the embassy and forwarding to the concerned embassy and to the source. Tracking of the visa invitation letter through separate MIS
• Acknowledging patient arrivals
