We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development and Sales Executive to join our export company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new international markets, building client relationships, and driving sales to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Analysis:
- Identify potential export markets and analyze customer needs.
- Monitor global trends and competitor activity.
2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads through online research, trade fairs, and networking.
- Approach prospective clients via emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
3. Sales & Negotiation:
- Develop and present proposals to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.
4. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client queries promptly.
5. Coordination with Operations:
- Collaborate with the logistics and documentation teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely shipment.
- Oversee compliance with export regulations and payment terms.
6. Reporting & Feedback:
- Maintain sales reports and provide feedback on market trends to management.
- Track and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
