Senior Recruitment Specialist

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our overseas client requirements, primarily for GCC countries and other vacancies. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for international placements, ensuring they meet the specific criteria for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment for overseas opportunities, specifically focusing on GCC countries and other international vacancies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match job specifications.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Facilitate the entire recruitment process from sourcing to final placement.
• Ensure candidates meet all necessary qualifications, language skills, and other criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and placements.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market rates, and recruitment best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly for international placements (GCC or other countries).
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize effectively.
• Should be willing and able to travel for recruitment-related activities.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing strategies.
