About Us:

Role Overview: As a Sales Recruitment Specialist at Company, you will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring exceptional sales professionals to join our team. You will collaborate with sales leadership teams to understand the requirements of the sales roles to manage the recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs to recruit top sales talent for our team. Handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Source candidates using a mix of job boards, social media and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified sales professionals.
• Negotiate compensation packages and assist in offering extensions to selected candidates.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends to remain competitive in talent acquisition.
  Ensure timely onboarding of new hires. Joining formalities and employee documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a focus on sales hiring.
  (Industry Preference FMCG/FMEG/FMCD)
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting for sales roles in a competitive market.
• Good communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion and integrity.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
