Business Analyst (1-2 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and patterns relevant to steel detailing and project management.
• Develop forecasting and financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Conduct activity-based costing for projects and internal business segments.
• Perform supplier analysis, verify agreed rates, and conduct audits to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
• Support procurement tendering processes for materials and services critical to steel detailing (e.g., software licenses, consumables, uniforms).
• Collaborate with project managers and team leads to gather data and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a business analysis or similar role, preferably in the engineering or construction sector.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with financial modeling, cost analysis, and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
