Position: Senior UI/UX Designer

Experience: 10+ years

1. User Research Analysis:

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine and improve the user experience.

2. Design Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
• Design pixel-perfect user interfaces for web, mobile, and other platforms that are both functional and visually compelling.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI patterns for consistency across projects.

3. Collaboration Communication:

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final designs.

4. Mentorship Leadership:

• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Experiment with innovative design techniques to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

• B.E./B. Tech./MCA
• 10+ years of experience in user interface development in defining UI architecture and strategy
• Should have knowledge on various scripting framework (Angular/Javscript), if required should be able to learn and adapt to the new framework or ecosystem.
• Should have knowledge in ES6, HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, NodeJS and jQuery
