Matrix Marketers - Technical Project Manager (6-10 yrs)

Job Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Developer with managerial skills to join our development team.

- The candidate must have a strong technical expertise in building complex web/mobile applications.

- As a senior resource, you will be responsible for leading the team to develop new features, maintaining and improving the existing codebase, and ensuring the highest level of code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications in any stack. (MERN,React.JS/Node.JS/PHP with Next.js and RTK)

- Managing and leading development team to achieve the deadlines.

- Must be responsible for planning and strategizing the work progress in order to attain the milestones.

- Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.

- Updating stakeholders and clients regarding the progress.

- Collaborate with the development team to define, design, and ship new features.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment.

- Continuously improve code quality, development processes, and tools.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues with the application.

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in development & team handling.

- Must have expertise in either PHP, MERN Stack or React.JS/Node.JS with Next.js and RTK.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

- Experience in building complex and scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express JS, ReactJS, Next.js, RTK, Laravel and NodeJS.

- Solid understanding of server-side rendering and client-side rendering with Next.js.

- Knowledge of NodeJS frameworks like Express, Koa, or Hapi.

- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.

- Familiarity with web development tools such as NPM, Webpack, Babel, etc.

- Experience with Git version control system and related workflows.

- Understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Ability to write unit tests and perform automated testing.

- Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Must have experience in Team Handling and project delivery.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

- Any Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
