Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze data to understand market opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Prioritize features and releases based on market analysis and customer feedback.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Gather and document detailed product requirements from various stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering.
- Create user stories, use cases, and other documentation as needed.
- Product Development Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Define product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Work with marketing to develop marketing materials and go-to-market strategies.
- Product Launch & Go-to-Market: Plan and execute product launches, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry.
- Monitor product performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, engineering, and senior management.
- Build strong relationships and manage expectations.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on product performance.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and analyze competitor offerings.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate our products and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 6+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent market research and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate market insights into product strategy and requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage product development lifecycle
