We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to join our team as the Manager in our Employee Background Verification Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Leverage your extensive industry experience to understand and anticipate client requirements in the field of background checks.
• Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Use your strong references from clients to build trust and credibility with potential clients.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards.

Team Management:

• Manage a team of colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to achieve their professional goals.

Operations Management

• Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve the quality of services delivered.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge in Ms office, Advance Excel and Presentation skill
