Accounts Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Invoice Management:

• Prepare and issue invoices to clients promptly.
• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and manage collections.

2. Accounts Payable:

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.

3. Accounts Receivable:

• Record and track incoming payments, ensuring accuracy in the accounting system.
• Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts receivable.
• Monitor accounts for non-payment and communicate with clients as necessary.

4. Financial Reporting:

• Assist in monthly closing activities and prepare related financial reports.
• Provide support during audits and assist in maintaining financial compliance.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
