Job Description
Qualification : Any Graduate with chemical industry experience OR MBA in Marketing Preferred
Experience : Minimum 1 year experience, Female Preferred.
- Assisting the sales team, in managing meeting / calendars, and the distribution of sales documents.
- Prepare, submit, and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients as per guidance of sales head.
- Processing & follow ups for pending Sales Orders, Delayed orders, Dispatches and payments on daily basis.
- Handling export shipments
- Sending export samples, track them till the reach to the clients.
- Coordinating with Clients till they receive export shipment.
- Coordinating and liaison between other departments, transporters and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client s needs in time restraints.
- Managing issues with clients and provide customer support.
- Managing CRM and reports for the department progress.
- Preparing Sales CRM / MIS, Client orders / follow-up sheets, Export sample data with Status, Vendor / client data, Export & Import data.
- Assisting compilation of Sales data.
Reporting to : Manager - Sales
