We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with founders and senior management to develop and implement HR strategies
that align with business goals.
Drive the development of company culture, ensuring it supports our mission, values, and objectives.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for both corporate and factory positions.
Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Ensure a seamless onboarding process that sets new hires up for success.
Manage overall HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Design and facilitate training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
Utilize KEKA software to manage HR processes and data effectively.
Generate HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
Address the unique HR needs of our factory operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and labor laws in the factory
setting.
Qualifications:
MBA in HR or HR certification is a plus.
Minimum of 5-6 years of HR experience, with a focus on scaling startups and managing
HR functions in an FMCG environment.
Proven track record of overseeing HR operations in both corporate and factory settings.
In-depth knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws.
Proficiency in KEKA software is a must.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
