Role & responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, content writing skills, advanced excel skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include assisting Director in data analysis for various business verticals by using data analytics MS Excel- Power BI or Tableau , viability analysis, project management majorly in innovation & technology, brain storming with technology team to improve user experience, competitor analysis regularly and sharing feedback with reporting manager, client handling, assisting in risk management of client trading & proprietary trading, assisting in digital marketing / PR / social media and viability analysis of such activities by organization. KRA management of all departments & assisting director in effective implementation of cost management. Other miscellaneous tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel etc.
Key Responsibilities: • Coordination with Data Analytics team for monthly/Daily MIS/Sales team reviews. • Project Management to ensure tech projects are delivered on time. • Brainstorming with core team to ensure better user experience for all our products. • KRA management to ensure efficiency of staff of all departments • Regular competitor analysis in terms of products and policies. • Implementation of core policies decided at directors desk for all departments. • Servicing HNI/UHNI, Corporates & Family offices on trading and wealth management queries. • Assisting in core business activities of the organization risk management at proprietary trading desk. • Assisting in social media marketing, digital marketing & PR and ascertain viability analysis on the entire project spend.
Miscellaneous Tasks • Maintains directors appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel management. • Coordinate director communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients. • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. • Expense process & approval. • Communicates with head office and other business associates. • Encode and store important files or documents in computers. • Assure the confidentiality of important data / matters. • Admin & infra responsibility in coordination with HR team
