Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

• Executive assistant to CEO
• Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and

interfacing with internal and external stakeholders

• Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
• Schedule meetings and appointments and take minutes and follow through with action items
• Be responsible for travel and manage travel itineraries
• Arrange corporate events and help plan company events, meetings, and employee team building activities or special projects.
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
• Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
• Preparation of documents such as standard contracts, disclosure agreements etc.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process including onboarding
• Orientation of new employees by providing information about the company policies and other general information about the company
• Organizes and maintains the Human Resources filing system- ensures accuracy and
• completeness of confidential personnel files and employee records
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training program
• Assist CEO on various projects and reporting including strategic research projects
