Job Title : Quality Control Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct final inspection of materials to ensure adherence of quality standards
• Identify and raise NCR to address the issues for continuous improvement.
• Address quality issues of the customer
• Conduct vendor audit by visiting supplier locations to ensure quality standards compliance.
• Conduct site visits to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
• Performing PDI to verify product quality before dispatch
• Manage and track internal and external quality costs
• Inspect materials returned from sites to assess quality and compliance
• Inspect the home lift Kits for quality compliance with specified parameters
• Participate in process and product audits
• Perform fixture validation

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering only.
• Freshers are most welcome
• 0 - 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production engineering, preferably in the elevator industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality testing processes, quality control principles and ISO knowledge 9001 & 2015
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to elevator manufacturing is a plus.
