HR Executive - Generalist Operation

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees.
• Prepare onboarding including screening joining documents, joining kits and Welcome/Introduction process.
• Maintain records and prepare MIS
• Oversee the background verification process for new hires, including reference checks, background checks, and education verification requirement base.
• Daily, Monthly, Yearly audit and MIS preparation
• Other HR operations

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors/Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a focus on onboarding, travel management, or background verification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
