Assistant / Deputy Manager - Sheet Metal Vendor Upgradation

• Guidance to sheet metal vendors for improvement, standardisation & horizontal deployment in the following processes

A) stamping process

B) welding process

Job responsibility :-

• Guidance to vendors in the following area
• Root cause analysis
• Countermeasure action implementation
• Robust poka yoke.
• New model parts pfmea
• Establishment of key quality system.
• Discussions & review meetings with vendor top management

Competency requirements :-

• Hands-on experience in area of press & weld parts.
• Should be conversant with latest technology in stamping and welding area (e.g) nut manager, adoptive guns etc.
• Good presentation and communication skills,
• Basic computer knowledge in ms excel, power point

Specific expertise for functional area :-

• Experience in press tool and welding fixture designing and development.

Educational essential requirement :-

• Degree / diploma in mechanical engineering from a reputed institution
