AM/DM Lamps : Vendor Upgradation

Guidance to Lamps, HVAC and Properitory parts vendors for improving and standardization of the following processes and their controls for sustenance of Quality.

a) Molding (Plastic & Rubber)

b) Painting (Metalizing process, spray painting)

c) Brazing process

d) Assembly process

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree with 3 to 5 years of work experience

Diploma with 10 to 11 years of work experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lamps (Bulb + LED type), HVAC and proprietary parts PFMEA knowledge.

2. Weak area identification at Lamps, HVAC and Proprietary Vendors and guide for solutions to improve their Systems & process through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) like Why-Why or 8D.

3. Knowledge of Processes to support Vendors in Quality improvement i.e. Plastic molding, Plastic part coating process, metalizing process, painting process, soldering process, plastic welding, wiring harness assembly & assembly operations etc. & also provide support in Jig Fixture & receiving Gauges etc.

4 Ability to set up Capable Process for desired critical parameters/Process.

5. Ability to set up processes with required automation, Auto Inspection, Poka Yoke etc.

6. Discussion & review meetings with vendor Top management.

7. Handling of Quality Management System e.g. ISO, IATF.

Competencies / Skills:

1. Basic Knowledge and Hands on experience of Lamps (Bulb + LED type) , HVAC and Properitory Parts (Regulatory requirements).

2. Experience in development of Lamps , HVAC and Properitory parts & awareness of development systems like APQP, PPAP, Peak Volume Trials etc

3. Should be capable of identifying gaps in tools, Fixtures, plastic welding & Assy process.

4. Knowledge of QMS system e.g.- ISO, IATF.

5. Additional Skills:

- Good Analytical and data compilation ability.

- Good presentation and communication skills.

- Participated & involved in theme based Quality improvement activities

- Ability to work as a team.

- IOT & Digitalization know how.
