MIS Executive

Role & responsibilities

The job purpose of MIS Executive in the SMS QC is to efficiently collect, manage, and analyze data related to quality control, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with quality standards. The MIS Executive supports decision-making by providing actionable insights and maintaining the integrity of the data management system.

• Develop and maintain automated data collection systems to minimize manual input and reduce errors.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports that highlight key performance indicators and trends.
• Analyze quality control data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
• Regularly liaise with the Manager SMS QC and other departments to ensure alignment on quality objectives and reporting metrics.
• Create user-friendly dashboards and visual tools that enhance the accessibility of key data for various stakeholders in the organization.
