Role & responsibilities

To execute the kiln operations within the DRI production process. This role exists to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the kiln, which is a critical component of DRI production, aligning with quality, production targets, and safety standards.

• Implement process monitoring and control systems to optimize kiln operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify inefficiencies or operational issues.
• Develop and execute a proactive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime.
• Ensure timely and thorough equipment inspections and repairs.
• Promote a strong safety culture within the kiln department, emphasizing safety procedures and best practices.
• Working experience on 100 TPD Kilns.
• Interested to relocate to Mantralayam, Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh.
