Mars Petrochem was dedicated to the philosophy supplying the worlds finest lubricants to the end users for the most critical lubrication needs, whether mineral or synthetic based.

Job Description

• Visit to industrial areas and sale the products such as lubricant oils and grease etc.
• Achieving growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Build and promote strong, last-lasting customer relationships by promoting with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecast to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Requirements / Skills -

Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure sales and maintain customer loyalty.

Effective communication skills to present product information and address customer concerns.

Comprehensive understanding of different oil products like lubricants and their applications.

Ability to generate leads and identify potential new customers.

Deep understanding of the local market including competitor landscape, customer needs, and distribution channels.

Ability to adapt sales strategies to different customer segments within the local market.

Awareness of industry regulations, safety standards, and pricing dynamics.

Education & Experiences

Graduation OR B.E in Mechanical Engineer OR MBA in Marketing
