Assistant Manager

CTC : Up to 12 Lpa (9.6 Lpa Fixed)

Location: Mumbai

Industry : Electrical / Sanitary / Building Material

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to market to achieve revenue targets.

Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new distributors and dealers in untapped area.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and end customers.

Product Promotion: Organize product demonstrations, campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility in area.

Reporting & Feedback: Prepare and share sales reports, provide market insights, and suggest improvements to product offerings.
