Location: Mumbai and Ahmedabad

Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Agency Channel, specifically with the Life insurance sector.

Education : Minimum Graduation (Any Stream)

We are looking for an energetic Agency Channel Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will recruit and manage a high-performing network of insurance agents, driving sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruit and onboard new agents, providing training and ongoing support.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
* Monitor agent performance, offering guidance and performance feedback.
* Drive lead generation, marketing initiatives, and cross-selling opportunities.
* Ensure agents comply with industry regulations and maintain proper documentation.
* Foster long-term relationships with agents and customers to maximize retention.

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in agency management or insurance sales.
* Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Knowledge of insurance products and market trends.
