Senior Java Microservices Developer - JPA/Spring Boot (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

- Marktine Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Microservices Developer to join our team.

- As a Senior Java Microservices Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality microservices-based applications using Java and the Spring Framework.

- You will play a critical role in delivering innovative and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable microservices using Java and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA).

- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate microservices with other systems.

- Ensure the performance, scalability, and reliability of microservices.

- Apply design patterns and best practices for microservices architecture.

- Develop and maintain applications utilizing Chordiant technologies.

- Leverage Chordiant platform features and capabilities to build effective solutions.

- Integrate with Chordiant components and APIs.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers.

- Collaborate effectively with other developers, architects, and stakeholders.

- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java, Spring, microservices architecture, and relevant technologies.

- Explore and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and solution quality.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.

- 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying microservices using Spring Boot.

- Strong proficiency in Java, including core Java concepts, Object-Oriented Programming, and design patterns.

- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA).

- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

- Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred :

- Experience with Chordiant technologies.

- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
