IBM Informix Engineer - SQL/4GL (4-5 yrs)

Position: IBM Informix.

Shift : UK shift.

You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our IBM Informix/4GL environment, ensuring it operates at peak performance and scalability.

As part of the team, you will analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions, contributing to the ongoing success and development of our software.

Additionally, you will create and maintain detailed documentation to support the development process and conduct thorough testing to uphold the highest quality standards.

Requirements :

- Informix/4GL development experience.

- Experience working with SQL.

- Experience working in Informix database or Microsoft SQL.

- Linux/Unix/Windows command and scripting skills.

- Documentation experience using modern tools such as Confluence, Jira and Fisheye.

- Good communication skills must have.

- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
