We're Hiring: CRM Trainer (Remote)

Shift Time:

Monday to Friday: 9 AM 5 PM AEST

Saturday: 12 PM 4 PM AEST

Location: Remote

About the Role
At Marketing Transformers, we are innovators in digital marketing, helping businesses grow across Australia, NZ, USA, and Canada. We are looking for a skilled CRM Trainer to educate our team and clients on using CRM platforms efficiently. If you have a passion for technology, training, and process optimization, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
CRM Training & Implementation: Conduct engaging training sessions on CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and Zoho.

Workflow Optimization: Help teams leverage CRM automation to improve sales, marketing, and customer service.

Support & Troubleshooting: Assist users in resolving CRM-related issues and improving adoption.

Documentation & Guides: Create training materials, user guides, and tutorials for internal and external use.

Customization & Best Practices: Ensure CRM platforms are set up and used effectively based on business needs.

What Were Looking For
Bachelors/Masters in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.

Proven experience in training teams on CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.).

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Ability to simplify complex processes & engage learners effectively.

A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers with CRM knowledge and passion for training are also welcome to apply!
