Associate Product Management Internship

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in product management and development.

As a Product Intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer success and marketing, to support the development and enhancement of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in product research, including gathering customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate with the product team to create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and feature requirements.
• Support the development and testing of new features and enhancements, ensuring they align with customer needs and company goals.
• Work with engineering and design teams to prioritize tasks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify bugs and ensure product quality before launches.
• Create and update product documentation, including FAQs, training materials, product requirement documents and release notes.
• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance the product development process.
• Hold conversations with the customer success and sales teams to understand customer needs, preferences and understand product feedback to make changes that elevate the growth of the product.
• Help customer success teams with customer onboarding on the product platform.

Qualifications

• Completed a degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
• Strong interest in product management, technology, and user experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar software is a plus.
• Understanding of CRMs, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, LSQ etc are an added advantage.
• Technical knowledge about APIs, Server configurations, product certifications, telephony systems and Generative AI are a plus.
• A self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for learning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
