Program Manager (Marketing) - Founder's Office
Role Title: Program Manager - Marketing
Role Overview:
- InsuranceDekho is seeking a Program Manager - Marketing to lead and streamline strategic cross-functional projects in operations and other functions in close collaboration with the Founder's Office.
- This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operational management in a collaborative environment.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in marketing project management and come from a top-tier marketing MBA college.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution:
- Initiate, lead and oversee strategic projects in alignment with the Founder's Office.
- Drive execution of key marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, business, and other teams.
Marketing Strategy & Insights:
- Work closely with senior leadership to define marketing roadmaps and execute data-driven strategies.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement:
- Act as a bridge between the Founder's Office and the Marketing Team, ensuring seamless communication.
- Present project plans, updates, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Work with agencies, vendors, and external partners for project execution.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
- Track project progress, marketing KPIs, and campaign performance.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for better efficiency.
- Leverage data analytics & automation to improve marketing workflows.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a top-tier marketing B-school (MICA, TISS, XIMB, NITIE, TAPMI, etc.).
- 3-4 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business planning, or a related role.
