- Social Media Marketing:

- Create engaging content to enhance brand awareness and generate inquiries.
- Run targeted social media ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
- Design and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop creative content such as blogs, newsletters, email campaigns, and video scripts.
- Work closely with the design team to create banners, videos, and other marketing materials.
- Website Management:

- Use landing pages to capture potential clients details effectively.
- Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Focus on lead generation and implement strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Work with the sales team to ensure leads are nurtured effectively.
- Analytics and Performance Tracking:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track campaign performance.
- Generate reports to measure success and suggest improvements.
- Market Research & Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
- Identify opportunities to improve online marketing strategies.
