Job Title: Manager Branding and Communications + New Store Developments

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative professional to lead Brand & Communications along with New Store Development as well as channel marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing brand communication strategies, executing marketing initiatives, and overseeing new store development projects & driving sales vide marketing activations and monitoring overall health of Channel. This role requires strong collaboration with agencies, architects, and internal & external stakeholders (Sales team, Channel partners , agencies etc) to ensure brand consistency and impactful market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Communications:

• Collaborate with creative and marketing agencies to develop engaging brand campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing collateral, creatives, and artworks.
• Plan and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

New Store Development:

• Partner with architect agencies to conceptualize and develop store layouts for new locations.
• Ensure alignment of store design with brand identity and customer experience goals.

Channel marketing:

• Local area marketing with Channel partners
• Monitor overall health of channeldisplay/manpower, etc
• Channel partner schemes—plan & execute

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand management, marketing communications, and new store development.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in handling agencies, PR, and BTL marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with retail/store design concepts and project management methodologies is a plus.
