Major Job Responsibilities:
• Minimum of 8-12 years of both Internal & External communications and writing content experience.
• Formulate and Co-ordinate for internal and external communications - newsletters, events-related
communication, and presentations.
• Content writing for any internal/ external activity/event such as the website, annual report, and other
important Company platforms
• Experience in a large global enterprise strongly preferred.
• Strong written communication skills and critical thinking abilities; ability to recognize patterns and
summarize key takeaways.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones and provide guidance and direction to other team members.
• Confident self-starter who can work independently and is willing to roll up their sleeves and has an
eagerness to learn. Ability to take direction and learn from feedback.
• Handling events, Digital Media Posts and Avs
• Identify internal brand ambassadors and build employee advocacy.
• Establish Internal comms in a way that the messages are consistent with
o External communication messages
o Org Core Values, Vision & Mission
o Org brand guidelines
• Identify Branding opportunities for brand recall - award participation, branding events, etc.,

Education:
PG: MBA/PGDM in Advertising/Mass Communication, Marketing
