Job Description: Assistant Manager - IP DRG

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience Level: 10 to 15 years.

Bachelors degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred): CPC / CCS / CIC

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced knowledge of IP DRG, APR DRG, and MS DRG systems.
• Proficiency in ICD and CPT coding standards.
• Familiarity with medical coding software.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DRG coders and specialists.
• Set clear performance goals and monitor team productivity.
• Optimize workflows and processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency in DRG operations.
• Analyze data to identify coding trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Experience in managing and mentoring coding teams.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
