Lead Integration Platform Architect - IBM ACE (12-18 yrs)

Required Experience :

- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Integration Technology.

- Minimum 12 years of experience in IBM Integration Stack like IBM ACE, IBM MQ.

- Hands-On experience building & implementing IBM ACE Platform on Azure or any other Cloud solutions (preferably OpenShift).

- Hands-On experience on Kubernetes.

- Understanding of DevOps.

- Leading & mentoring Architects.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- The IBM ACE Lead Integration Platform Architect will own the design, configuration/build, implementation, and maintenance of the Enterprise Integration Services (EPIS) Platform which is the core Global Integration Platform.

- Apply industry best practices as well as client standards shall be adhered to. This includes functional, security, performance, quality, and operational requirements. Design must be robust and account for HA and DR.

- Act as a Lead (People Management Responsibility) of Senior Integration Architects in the Integration Department.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in IBM Advanced MQ.

- Drive the building of Enterprise Integration Services (EPIS) Platform independently.

- Provide Technical Guidance to Integration Development team, Integration Support team, DevOps team.

- Engagement with multiple stakeholders at all levels including OEM partner.
