Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Monitor inventory levels to determine purchasing needs and avoid stock outs.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Monitor inventory levels to determine purchasing needs and avoid stock outs.
• Submitting invoices in the accounts department for payments
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on procurement activities, supplier performance, and savings initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure the best deals.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality. Identify alternative.
• Sources and negotiate competitive pricing agreements to maintain profitability while meeting business requirements.
• Co-ordinations and follow up with the accounts department for supplier/vendor payments.

Required Profile:

Should have at least 4years of experience in purchase management.

Should be Graduated.

Should have good communication.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines accordingly.
